High Performance Sports Training

You won't find a nicer guy out there, period. He is a world class pole-vaulter that enjoys coffee, and learning things because he is a genius. On top of that he has a wealth of knowledge in training athletes.

Brandon is a life long twitcher and has an insane vertical. He is great with technique and can put together a killer workout. Don't be fooled by his quite demeanor. 

 Josh is a nerd about everything strength and conditioning. Josh was an O.C. Fast-Twitch client during his high school and college days and  is excited to help people get the same athletic edge it gave him. 

Meet The Trainers

The philosophy of OC FAST-TWITCH training revolves around the science of iso-kinetic and its application to sports performance. When training to improve performance, it is important to analyze and enhance the speed at which the athlete moves from point A to point B, the speed the extremities move in throwing or kicking an object, how quickly he or she explodes when leaping, jumping, moving forward, backward or from side to side, or how fast the athlete reacts when placed in time-sensitive athletic situations. Each of these factors are part of the science of iso-kinetic.
